SIMATIC® CPUs with integrated CPU (e.g. 414-2DP) do not support FDL-Connections. Therefore a 400 CPU has to be extended with a CP443-5Ext. to use this service:

Finally choose the profil "Universal (DP/FMS):

For the specific FDL connections the SAPs 1-39 are reserved. Broadcast is not supported. Instead broadcasts can be projected. Also for broadcasts the SAP number must be smaller as 40.
