S-Bus communication problems with PCD3

Since the communiction on the PCD3 is not handled the same way as on PCD2, communication problems can occur with RCU (Midi-RIO) modules.
To solve this problem, the turnaround delay has to be increased. This can be done by writing the value 0xE00 in Reg0/Byte1. The turnaround delay will then be 1ms and the communication with the RCU-Modules will work properly.
