Why does the General Acknowleg Flag not disappear, even if no more alarms are pending?

If all alarms are acknowleged the General Acknowleg Flag should disappear. It can happen, that a flag is still high and therefore it doesn't disappear.
Problem
The General Acknowleg Flag does not disappear even if there are no more alarms pending.
Reason
On download are not all flag correctly set to 0. Therefore it can happen that a flag is misinterpreted as pending error.
Solution
The problem will be corrected in PG5 1.4. You can avoid that problem by making a clear flag after the download. Otherwise if you need a urgent fix you can contact the support to get a Bugfix Version for PG5 1.3.
