Download Program Failed: Failed to create serial number file!

Now in PG 5 1.4, there is the possibility to give a serial number identification in order to avoid the download of a programme in any other PCD!
When downloading, the stand alone downloader wants to create a file in the repertory Sym in D:\SaiaBurgess\SAIAControls\Sym, unfortunately this repertory is missing, so the file can't be created. The failed window is displayed:
