Which response timeout for RS 485 connections?

If the MB-panel is connected to the RS 485 port the default timeout has to be adjusted for low baudrates
Problem
The start page is not shown. Page not found is always displayed. Otherwise the connection is marked as good.
Reason
When using low baudrates per example 9600 on RS 485 the default response timeout of 250 ms on the panel is in most cases to short.
Solution
Increase the response timeout or the baudrate.
