Can I change the operating system from PCD3 xx7 to SBC standard operation system ?

No, it's not allowed to load a PCD3 xx7 with a firmware SBC standard operation system.
a xx7 CPU with SBC standard operation system does not work with all funktionallities.
If a xx7 was nevertheless loaded with the SBC standard operation system, the original operating system can be loaded back without problems.
