Download of a single block with the Online Debugger doesn't work anymore

Problem
It was possible since PG3 downloading just one block per example COB 0 with the debugger (File Load filename.pcd COB 0). This was often used for IL projects, as the possibility to download just the changed blocks was not available. In PG5 <=1.4.300 this function did not work anymore.

Solution
This problem is fixed in Patch 5 for PG5 1.4.300. You can either install this patch or use the download changed blocks option instead of the debugger as workaround.
