Why appears the following S-RIO internal error message?

When trying to open the symbol editor, Rio Configurator, Device Configurator or Web Editor Project this error message is displayed:
Reason:
The .net Framework is not installed properly
Solution:
Installed again .net Framework
It is located on PG5 CD under PG5 V2.1.310\CDImage\Windows\.
