Why is it not possible to register the key file under Windows 7?

Problem
When installing the key file the error message: "Failed to copy key file: C:\ProgramData\Saia-Burgess\PG5_20\USER.KEY

Reason
This can happen if the directory C:\ProgramData\Saia-Burgess\PG5_20 is write protected.

Solution
Remove the write protection. Important: You have to deactivate the write protection for the subfolder manually. If you choose the option "This folder, subfolders and files" the write protection is not removed for subfolders.
