Value-string translation for "Modem status" of FBox "Modem Driver 18"

In the adust window of the FBox "Modem Driver 14" the status of the modem is shown if PG5 is online with the PCD. The modem status is directly shown as string for better readability. This FAQ contains the according values of the register in the PCD.
When visualizing this status on a SCADA system such as Visi.Plus, the translation form the read value to the according string must be done. The table below shows the possible values and their meanings (strings):
